Yes you are.
XTM: A subject is anything that can be spoken about or conceived of by a
human being. In the most generic sense, a subject is anything whatsoever...
et cetera.
That certainly makes you (and me, and Lars, and Bernard ...) a subject.

Of course you can disagree with the definition of 'subject' in XTM, but that
