[sc34wg3] A Uniform Resource Identifier for Geographic Locations

Greetings!

The IETF Geographic Location/Privacy (GEOPRIV) Working Group has 
released an updated draft of a URI scheme to identify geographic locations:

Looks like a nice addition to any topic map tool box.
