I agree with you entirely about "optimum community benefits". I haven't
devoted 8 years of my life to SC34 for the sake of vendors.

When I use the term "business case", I mean it in the broadest possible
sense - of user requirements and user benefits. What are the *needs*
we are attempting to satisfy, and what are the *benefits* (in whatever
form) that our solution will bring?
