| Just quick question. What do you mean by TMCL schemas? Is it kind of
| "set of constraints for topic map"? Or kind of OSL?  Is it a
| document or "just a model"?

Let's loosely say "a collection of constraints defined using TMCL used
together for some purpose". It might be the constraints that together
define the use of a vocabulary. Or the constraints that define the
input accepted by an application.

So kind of like your first suggestion.
