[sc34wg3] Topic Map Tool Chain

Greetings!

I try to not flog my own postings but any feedback that you have on my 
"Topic Map Tool Chain" http://tm.durusau.net/?p=18572 would be greatly 
appreciated.

It isn't really so much a tool chain as some of the steps involved in 
composing and delivering a topic map.

My thinking being that if I can create a rough outline of that process, 
it will be easier to say to people, for step X here are the tools that 
help with that part.
