"prefixes inside %include -d files have only there an effect" cannot find this in http://www.isotopicmaps.org/ctm/ctm.html#dir-include but maybe my note is just wrong. And, btw, there is also the issue what happens with ?xxx topics inside %include-d files. I would guess that they also have only local scope, but who knows.... \rho
