It doesn't. I pointed this out already.

Even if you could come up with a way to make it work technically  
(quoting, some clever parsing rule, ...), I think it would be very  
ugly to have the same syntax for two completely different things  
within the same language. It would definitely be confusing for the  
reader.

So IMHO this is just not something we should do.
