Strange. Your March 16 email was not in the archives, either. Maybe
your green.ocn.jp address is not subscribed?

This is a mistake. This term is no longer used. We will remove it.

We could do both of these things, but it means having to repeat
information many times throughout the document. That inevitably leads
to mistakes as updates happen in one place, but not in all, so I am
very reluctant to do this.

In fact, nearly all of clause 4 is redundant, anyway. A better
approach may be to simply get rid of it, and work the valuable bits
into clause 5. I've been thinking about this for a couple of years,
but never did it, in part before clause 4 had a lot more useful
content before.

I'll see if we can get rid of clause 4 entirely.

Good catch. We will fix this.

True! Thanks for catching this.

Thank you very much for reporting these issues. It is much appreciated.
