[sc34wg3] Amsterdam notes: CXTM impl.

Hi all,

Acc. to http://www.jtc1sc34.org/repository/0625.htm there is an
additional impl. for CXTM needed.
Kal Ahmed generously donated a CXTM impl. to the TMAPI Utils project
(http://sf.net/projects/tmapi-utils/ ) and the (JAVA) impl. is already
in the CVS.
Due the lack of time I haven't done anything yet to make Kal's impl.
bullet proof. But it shouldn't be hard to get it ready before July,
1st.
The new editors of the CXTM may contact me or the tmapi-utils project
and we'll do our best to finish the implementation acc. to the CXTM
draft.
