[sc34wg3] 4.1 Introduction "well-defined"

Lars,

A minor editorial niggle.

The fourth paragraph of 4.1 Introduction reads (in part):

"All information item types and fundamental types defined in this 
document have a *well-defined* test of equality."

Shouldn't that simply be: "...have a defined test of equality."  ??

Reasoning that "well" doesn't really add anything to "defined."
