[sc34wg3] Status of www.topicmaps.org ?

Hello all

Certainly I missed something in exchanges concerning the topicmaps.org URLs ...
What I get today is
http://www.topicmaps.org redirects to OASIS Home Page
http://www.topicmaps.org/xtm/1.0/ is 404 Not Found

Can somebody explain?
