One editor wanted good-multiword-convention, whereas the other  
claimed that there was such a thing as GoodCamelCase. Having failed  
to reach agreement on the intrinsic goodness of either of these, and  
being in any case reluctant to change the syntax more than necessary,  
the editors agreed to leave the naming convention alone.
