[sc34wg3] Line breaks in CXTM

That's why I called it "marginal" :) - however, if the line breaks are in
places where they would be expected to occur because of the sense of the
content, there is no problem.

For example, this:

<foo
att="bar" />

is fine, but this:

<foo
>xxxxxxxxxxxxxx</foo>

is in my category of "don't cause unnecessary problems for marginal
adopters".

However, all this is IMO a minor point.

Misuse??? Its part of the XML standard. Tools that break under this
condition are not XML compliant. Any standard text editor should also handle
line breaks.
