I've now uploaded an updated TMDM draft to

As far as I know this draft is entirely in accordance with ISO rules
and also all decisions made in Montr=E9al. If you find any problems with
it, please post them here before 2003-10-29 (Wednesday next week),
because after that we plan to send it in for ballot as the first ISO
13250-2 committee draft.

Graham and I plan to review the document one more time, mainly to
tweak the prose.
