The following comments refer to the November 2003 draft of the TMCL
Requirements specification, as published in N0405rev:

3.1 R3
Change "it must be possible to compose them" to "it must be possible to
merge them" as the action of composing is context dependent (is it's scope
music, printing or psychiatry?)

3.1 R4
Change "such as Published Subject Indicators" to "which may also be
Published Subject Indicators"

3.1 R15 and R22
Requirement is restrictive. What would happen if someone tried to write an
RDF or RDFS definition of a topic map? Why should the restriction forbid
this? Why should TMCL be allowed mutliple serializations of a schema but not
of an instance?

3.3 SR2
In last bullet point change "must" to "may or must" so that you can also
restrict the set of permitted associations.

3.3 SR4
Change "restrict" to "identify" twice

3.3 SR8
At end of last sentence add "and apply these conditions by reference to the
assigned name"

3.3 SR10
Remove "deemed to be".

The document contains a number of obvious typos that should be removed when
the document is finally proofread.
