XML is only *one* possibel interchange syntax) and RDF 
is listed at XMLhack.

Is isotopicmaps.org really a Key *XML* Resource? I don't doubt the "Key
Resource", but XML is only the language of one of it's interchange formats.
The core standard is a concept, not about XML.
