[sc34wg3] Hypergraph representation of RM4TM

I've released a first draft of an attempt to bridge an "hypergraph model" and RM4TM.

This first release has neither the pretention to address all the issues nor meet all the
requirements of RM4TM. It needs also certainly more explanations (prose and schemas as
well). Take it now as food for thought. It's way more simple to grasp (I hope) than the
model presented in spring at ISWC 2002. No more "lift" nor "semantic layers" :))
