I have taken a stab at editing the files and have now posted them at http://www.y12.doe.gov/sgml/sc34/document/0298.htm. I have added ALT attributes for all the IMG elements. Anyone who copies the 0298.htm file should also copy the directory "0298_files", which contains the illustrations. Jim Mason
