A node that serves as the endpoints of no arcs at all is not well-formed unless it exhibits at least one built-in SIDP value.
A node that serves as the endpoint of no arc at all must exhibit at least one a priori SIDP value.
Singular works as well as plural. Changed built-in to a priori.
Dropped well-formed as a node, arc or whatever, either complies with the
standard or not. Adding the well-formed language is just excess verbage
to say that a node, in this case, must comply with the standard.
