The Editors of TMCL met yesterday on IRC to discuss the way ahead.
We discussed the general shape of the standard based on the meeting in
Amsterdam and subsequent emails.

The highlights are that we will prepare a few key sections by June 7th
that's addresses TMCL Rule (was TMCL full in the straw man) and TMCL Schema
(was tmcl lite). Both sections will consist of model, semantics and syntax.
In addition we will schedule an IRC meeting where specific issues are
discussed. This time of this next meeting will be posted on the list along
with current issues to discuss, anyone who can join in please do. It is
likely to be the end of the week of the 7th.
