I did another attempt (I just firstly try to get idea about possibilities in
this area):

It is not a real "syntax", but an idea: easily define schema for type and
later add constraints. Kind of LTM...
It is also a "partial  description". Two descriptions can be easily
combined.

BTW, why do you think that OSL is not a good start for TMCL?
