Just so this doesn't lead to confusion, this "schema introspection " has 
been incorporated into the most recent draft 2003-04-01 that was just 
uploaded to the site yesterday:  V1.7.

I moved lots of parts around, changed the numbering, fixed some 
inconsistencies and added more  definitions 2.2 and requirements 3.3.4 
schema driven presentation of information and  3.3.5 introspection of tmcl 
schema

I added a definition of schema introspection from Paul Prescod (looked like 
what Lars Marius was talking about).
