[sc34wg3] TMQL: XML content vs. < > delimited IRIs

Hi all,

Comments against TMQL draft dtd. 2007-07-13.

I assume that rootless IRIs (like mailto:someone at example.org) which
require the '<' / '>' delimiters (result:
<mailto:someone at example.org>) do *never* cause conflicts with the
"XML-nearly-everywhere-allowed"-strategy in TMQL?

Even if we add user-defined functions in TMQL 1.x which may want to
return XML or (rootless) IRIs?
