To me, too. For quite a while now I've felt bad about not doing this
in the LTM spec and the ISO specs I'm writing. I think you've just
inspired me to make sure I fix this next time around.

As for the documents that were published 4-5 years ago, well, I can't
do anything about those, and I don't really care, either. If other
people want to add this to them I don't mind.
