We have the option of doing this.  In fact,
tmcl-wg@isotopicmaps.org and tmql-wg@isotopicmaps.org
already exist and are presumably ready to go.

If we decide to use these, I would very much like *not*
to be the administrator of these lists.  I have the
system authority required to delegate
administrator-ship(s) to others.
